Acceptance & Scope These Terms apply to Today Question (the “Service”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. They are posted in-app or via official channels. 2. Service Overview The Service is a local journal app to record one answer per day. It uses no separate servers; data is stored on your device. A global translation UI may be offered, but the Korean text governs. 3. Not Professional Advice Content (questions/answers, displays/summaries) is for information only and not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Seek professionals for important decisions. 4. Age & Eligibility General use is intended; minors must follow applicable laws and, where required, obtain guardian consent. You are responsible for device and access security. 5. Fees & Advertising There are no payments/subscriptions at this time; Google AdMob ads may appear. Manage ad personalization in OS or app settings. If paid features are introduced, store notices (price/benefits/term) will prevail. 6. User Content You retain rights to the content you create (answers/notes). Data is processed on-device only to provide functionality. Deleting the app or resetting the device may delete data; backup/restore is your responsibility. 7. Intellectual Property The app’s UI/design, code, and materials belong to the Company. No unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, resale, or offering as a service. 8. Prohibited Conduct Prohibited: illegal/harmful content, rights infringement, automated abuse, malware distribution, manipulation of ad systems, and similar misuse. 9. Third-Party Services Advertising may use AdMob or other providers; their policies may apply. See the Privacy Policy for details. 10. Changes & Discontinuation The Service or Terms may change; material changes will be notified in advance when feasible (otherwise afterwards). If permanently discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice per law/store rules. 11. Disclaimer The Service is provided “AS IS.” To the extent allowed by law, no warranties—express or implied—are given. 12. Limitation of Liability Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid in the past 12 months (if any, otherwise 0) or KRW 100,000. Exceptions include willful misconduct/gross negligence, bodily injury, and mandatory consumer protections. 13. Restrictions, Termination & Data We may restrict or terminate for violations or clear risks (generally with prior notice; in urgent cases, after). No servers are used; device data is managed/deleted by you. 14. Privacy The Privacy Policy governs personal data. Device information may be sent to third parties for ads and functionality. 15. Governing Law & Venue Laws of the Republic of Korea apply; courts in Seoul have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer law of your residence prevails where applicable. 16. Miscellaneous Severability; no waiver by inaction; no assignment without prior written consent. On iOS, Apple’s EULA may also apply.
