This policy explains the information processed, purposes, retention, rights, and safety measures when using the App. 1) Scope of Application This policy applies to the OTAKIQ mobile application. 2) Information Collected and Processed - Automatically Collected Ad-related Information (AdMob SDK): Advertising identifiers (AAID/IDFA), device/OS information, language/country settings, app version, and performance data such as ad impressions and clicks. - Locally Stored Information: Stage progress, setting values (stored on the device / no server transmission). ※ We do not collect directly identifiable information such as names, emails, contact numbers, or precise locations. We also do not use separate analytics SDKs like Analytics/Crashlytics. 3) Purpose of Use and Legal Basis - Service Provision and Operation (Legitimate Interest / GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) - Advertisement Provision (Consent or Legitimate Interest / Art. 6(1)(a), (f)) 4) Third-Party Processors and International Transfers - Google AdMob: For ad delivery and measurement purposes (processes advertising identifiers, device/app info, ad performance data). Cross-border transfers may occur depending on server locations, and appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are applied. - We do not sell information to third parties except as required by law or with user consent. 5) Personalized Advertising and Regional Rights - EEA/UK: Non-personalized ads may be served before consent is given. - California (USA): Personalized advertising may be considered a "sale/sharing," and users can exercise their "Do Not Sell or Share" rights. - Child Protection (COPPA): While available for all ages, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If discovered, it will be deleted immediately upon parental request. 6) User Choices (Opt-Out) - iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking (or Advertising) to change app tracking permissions. - Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization. - To exercise your rights (access/deletion/opt-out of sale/sharing, etc.): Request at help@waitcle.com. 7) Retention Period - Advertising/Measurement Data (AdMob): In accordance with third-party policies (retained for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purpose, then deleted). - Local Game Data: Deleted from the device when the app/data is deleted. - Data may be retained to the extent necessary for legal disputes or regulatory compliance. 8) Security We apply reasonable protective measures such as transport layer encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and minimization of access rights, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the internet. 9) Notice of International Transfers International transfers may occur depending on the location of our processing infrastructure or third-party service servers. We apply safeguards required by relevant laws. 10) Exercising Rights and Inquiries For requests such as access, deletion, or opting out of sale/sharing: help@waitcle.com The company will process requests within a reasonable period and may request identity verification if necessary. 11) Policy Changes This policy may be amended due to service or legal changes.
