Effective Date: July 5, 2025 These Terms of Use govern the use of the official Waitcle website ("Site") and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the user. Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these terms is to clearly define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the user regarding this website. Article 2 (Definitions) “Company” refers to Waitcle. “Site” refers to the official website operated by the Company. “User” refers to any person who accesses and uses the website in accordance with these terms. These terms apply only to the website. For apps like Dot Day, separate terms of use apply. Article 3 (Posting & Changes) These terms are posted on the site. The Company may revise the terms and will announce changes in advance. Article 4 (Services) The site serves informational purposes only (announcements, service introductions, etc.). The Company may change the contents with prior notice. Article 5 (Intellectual Property) All content (text, images, source code, etc.) belongs to the Company or authorized third parties. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is prohibited. Article 6 (User Obligations) Users shall not: - Violate laws or public order - Infringe intellectual property rights - Interfere with or compromise the site - Act against the Company’s interests Article 7 (Disclaimer) The Company is not liable for service issues caused by force majeure or user negligence.
