These Terms of Use apply only to the Waitcle website as an online fortune and astrology service. Our mobile apps remain subject to their own app-specific terms.

The website provides online birth chart generation, fortune-telling, astrology, compatibility, and related content or calculation tools.

Website charts, readings, interpretations, and generated content are provided for personal, informational, and entertainment purposes.

2. No Professional Advice

• Website content is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and reliance on any reading or interpretation.
• If you need professional help, consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

3. Eligibility and Sessions

• You must comply with applicable laws when using the website.
• The website does not provide Google, Apple, or password-based account login.
• Some calculation features may use an anonymous session to secure calculation requests.

4. User Input and Conduct

• You may submit birth data, names, questions, and other information needed for chart generation or a reading.
• You must not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• You should not submit highly sensitive third-party personal information unless you have a lawful basis and permission to do so.
• You must not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, attack, or interfere with the website or its systems.
• You must not use the website, generated outputs, prompts, calculation logic, or service presentation to build, train, power, or operate a competing or third-party service, dataset, API, or model without our written permission.
• You must not make automated bulk requests or systematically collect outputs from the website.

5. Intellectual Property

The website design, branding, software, text, graphics, prompts, calculation flow, and generated service presentation belong to Waitcle or its licensors and are protected by law.

You retain rights in information you submit, but you grant us a limited license to process that information to operate the website and provide requested results. Except as permitted by law, you may not resell, republish, repackage, or commercially exploit the website's generated service outputs as a separate product or service without our written permission.
