This Privacy Policy applies only to the Waitcle website as an online fortune and astrology service. It does not apply to our mobile apps, which have separate app privacy policies.

1. Scope

The website allows users to browse fortune and astrology content and submit birth data or questions to generate charts and readings. It does not provide Google or Apple account login on the website.

This policy explains how website data is collected, used, shared, and protected when you use the website.

2. Information We Collect

• Anonymous session data: To protect calculation endpoints and prevent abuse, the website may use Firebase Authentication to issue an anonymous UID and ID token. We do not receive Google or Apple account profile data through website login.
• Chart and reading input data: We may process information you submit to generate a chart or reading, such as birth date, birth time, birth location, timezone, manually entered coordinates, names, relationship details, or question text.
• Generated result data: We may process generated chart data, calculated placements, interpretation text, and related result metadata needed to return the requested output.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, crash or error logs, page activity, approximate location derived from IP, and basic security logs may be collected by us or our infrastructure providers.
• Advertising and consent data: If Google AdSense ads or Google Privacy & Messaging are enabled, cookies, device/browser identifiers, ad impression or click events, and consent signals may be processed by Google and its ad-serving partners.
• Contact data: If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and the contents of your message.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide birth chart generation, horoscope, astrology, compatibility, and other fortune-related results you request.
• To maintain anonymous sessions, service security, abuse prevention, and fraud monitoring.
• To improve site stability, performance, and feature quality.
• To respond to customer support or legal requests.
• To display Google AdSense advertising, manage privacy choices, and measure ad-related activity where applicable.

4. Sharing and Service Providers

• Cloudflare or similar hosting/infrastructure providers may process traffic, logs, and security-related data to deliver and protect the website.
• Firebase Authentication may process anonymous session data needed to secure calculation requests.
• Google AdSense and Google Privacy & Messaging may process cookie, consent, and advertising data where enabled.
• Backend calculation or content-generation services may process the chart or reading inputs you submit, along with generated chart/result data, for the purpose of returning the requested result.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, security, or service integrity.

5. Retention

• Anonymous website session data is retained for as long as needed to operate security and abuse-prevention functions, subject to provider retention rules.
• Chart inputs, reading inputs, and generated results may be retained only as long as reasonably needed to deliver the requested feature, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
• Email inquiries may be retained for up to 1 year after the inquiry is resolved.
• Advertising, consent, and infrastructure logs may be retained according to the applicable provider's policies.

6. Your Choices and Rights

• The website does not provide a Google or Apple account login feature.
• Some calculation features may require an anonymous session to protect calculation requests.
• Where applicable law grants privacy rights, you may request access, correction, deletion, or objection by contacting help@waitcle.com.
• You may manage cookie or advertising consent through the footer consent controls and the Privacy Choices page when those tools are available in your region.

7. Children's Privacy

The website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.

8. International Transfers and Security

Your data may be processed in countries outside your residence through our infrastructure, anonymous authentication, and advertising providers. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect website data, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
